Science Cloud adopts the Agency-developed plan ITS-HBK-2810.09-02A and adheres to SATERN training for reporting incidents to the SOC.
For all suspected and known security incidents, contact the NASA Security Operations Center (SOC) by phone, 1-877-NASA-SEC (877-627-2732), or via the SOC email address (soc@nasa.gov).
While or shortly after contacting NASA SOC, notify the ISSO.
Always use encryption when sending emails about security incidents.
